Volunteer with the Eagle County Fair & Rodeo!

If you have a few spare hours, we would love for you to join us as a volunteer at the 82nd annual Eagle County Fair & Rodeo. From ticket takers to Cowboy Lounge staffers, there is a way for everyone to get involved.

Volunteer Perks

As a volunteer you get a T-shirt, a free meal in the Cowboy Lounge and some other great items. Most importantly, volunteers have fun! We get to see our neighbors, friends and meet lots of new rodeo fans.

Volunteer Parking and Check-in

There is limited parking on the east end of the fairgrounds; this parking is first come, first served. The majority of parking for volunteers is located on the west end of the fairgrounds. Volunteers are expected to arrive 15 minutes or more before their scheduled shift to allow time to stop by the fair office located at the east end of the fairgrounds and pick up their volunteer packet. Signing up to volunteer with the Eagle County Fair & Rodeo is easy – just click the link above, review the options listed and choose the spot(s) you like and sign up! You will NOT need to register an account or keep a password on SignUp.com in order to volunteer with the Fair & Rodeo.
