Sign up from 6 to 6:45 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday.

Sign-up is on the east side of ProRodeo Arena and spots are filled on a first come, first served basis. Located by the stage sponsored by Coors.

Every little kid’s favorite Wild West rodeo event – Mutton Bustin’! Future rodeo cowboys and cowgirls are encouraged to take part in this action-packed rodeo event. For the safety of the sheep and to allow as many participants as possible, the following rules apply:

• Weight limit is 55 pounds
• Child must be between the ages of 5 and 8
• No return riders; one ride per year
• Sign up on the east side of ProRodeo Arena, one hour before each rodeo
• Parent or guardian signature required, t-shirts will be given to the kids
• Once spots are filled, there will be no backups allowed
• Children will be returned to the sign-up table and released to parents after the winners are announced
• No spurs
• Safety helmet required; safety helmet provided
• Entry fee: $20 per child
