BECOME A VENDOR
Each year, the Eagle County Fair & Rodeo strives to have a unique variety of vendor offerings at our event. This year’s fair will run from July 24-27, 2024. Click here for the Vendor Application Form.
Please note that Food Vendors must submit supplemental materials along with their application – see details under “Food Vendors” below.
Hours
- Wednesday, July 24 to Friday, July 26: 4 to 11 p.m.
- Saturday, July 27: 3 p.m. to midnight
Vendors are welcome to remain open outside of the stated hours but all concessionaire andcommercial vendor booths must remain open during the above event hours.
No vehicle access to the grounds is permitted during the event hours. Vehicle access for restocking is permitted before 3:30 and after 11 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and before 11:30 a.m. and after midnight on Saturday.
Information on the check-in and take-down timeline will be available in spring/summer 2024.
Application & Timeline
There is no deadline for applications, but we will stop accepting applications when all spaces have been allocated. Preference on premium locations will be given to accepted vendors on a first come, first served basis.
Insurance Requirements
Proof of a liability policy certificate with Eagle County Fair & Rodeo named as additional insured. If you have any questions or unique needs please contact us at fairrodeo@eaglecounty.us or 970-328-3646.
Food Vendors
If you are a food vendor, you will also need to submit your application for a special event food service license to the Environmental Health Department, P.O. Box 179, Eagle, Colorado 81631.
